At Well BN we will ask you to provide a urine sample to confirm the presence of Nitrites, these are a marker of bacterial infection.

If your sample tests positive for nitrites we will prescribe an appropriate antibiotic for you. This will be a 3 day course.

If your urine does not show these we will recommend you increase your fluid intake and take regular analgesia as antibiotics will not work.
